Meet Pamela R. Lewin

Pamela's Portrait

For over four decades, I dedicated my life to practicing medicine. But I have always believed that true wellness goes far beyond a prescription—it is a balance of physical health, emotional peace, and spiritual connection.

Today, I use my pen as an extension of my practice, sharing stories and insights to empower you to live a fuller, healthier life.

Although I am no longer in private practice, my foundation is built on service. For over 25 years, I upheld a commitment to ‘give my medicine away’ through medical mission teams, supporting at-risk children in Uganda and India, and bridging healthcare gaps in Northwest Ocala.

Today, my mission has evolved toward a new frontier. I am currently dedicated to exploring the benefits of wearable technology for health and rejuvenation, researching modern ways to empower the body to heal and thrive at any age.

A Journey of Medicine & Service

Born in Jamaica and trained at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, I settled in Ocala, Florida, where I established a holistic family practice. For over 40 years, I had the privilege of serving my community, studying not just family medicine but also the secrets of Wellness and Anti-aging.

While I have transitioned out of the exam room, my passion for healing hasn’t faded. I now dedicate my time to medical missions, applying those decades of experience to bring care to communities that might otherwise go without.

Faith, Family, and The Written Word.

Writing has always been a sanctuary. It is a hobby encouraged from an early age by my mother, Lena Lewin, a poet who taught me the power of words.

My books—ranging from children’s stories like Dolly Duitt to my spiritual memoir My Life… An Inspired Journey—are reflections of the lessons I’ve learned walking with the Lord. Through it all, I believe that every gift we have is from God, meant to be shared cheerfully.

Life in Ocala

Life in Ocala When I am not writing or serving on a mission, you can find me singing in the choir at Ft. King Presbyterian Church, playing dominoes, or enjoying time with my husband, Dr. Arthur ‘Paul’ Marsh (Retired). I am a proud mother of two and a grandmother to eight wonderful young people who keep me inspired every day.
